The steps to save a document in word

iii) Finally, click on the Save button and your document will be saved
with the entered name in the selected folder.
b. How can you change the spacing between the lines of a paragraph?
To change the spacing between the line of a paragraph first, Select the text you want to change. On the Home tab, click the Paragraph launcher to show the Paragraph dialog box. Click the Indents and Spacing tab. Under Line spacing, in the Between lines box, type or select the amount of spacing you want between lines of text and click OK to apply your setting.

To set margins using the ruler just place the mouse pointer on the right or left margin boundary. The pointer changes to double headed arrow called the margin marker. Drag the margin to the desire location as you want to set.
